Cheryl Ann Bush is a member of the Yakima Valley Artists Association and a former member of the Rainier League of Arts. She is a regular exhibitor at the State Fair in Puyallup and the Central Washington State Fair in Yakima and has exhibited in many other shows through the years. She has won many awards for her beautiful watercolor and pastel works. Cheryl was Artist of the Month in 2003 and won the Tacoma Mayors Art Award in 2006. In 2019, Cheryl took 1st Place in Acrylic and the Director’s Purchase Award for her painting “September Morning” at the Central Washington State Fair. Cheryl enjoys working with a variety of mediums and strives to depict the beauty of God’s creation in flowers, landscapes, and portraits.
Linda Lee Kirkpatrick is a member of the Yakima Valley Artists Association. She has traveled the United States and Europe extensively and retired in the Pacific Northwest in 1987. Her oil paintings have won her many awards over the years including 1st place and Best of show for her still life titled “Montana Memories” at the Central Washington State Fair in 2019. Many of Linda’s paintings are in private collections throughout the West including her painting “Tatanka Spring” in the National Buffalo Museum in North Dakota. Linda enjoys painting wildlife, landscapes, and portraits, but is best known for her Northwest and Southwest pottery and basket still life paintings. Linda can be found most days behind her easel or plein air painting with friends.
