Biography

Darcie Roberts was raised in Yakima, WA. She received a BS in Business Management and later a BS in Education after which she has taught Spanish for the past several years at a local high school. She has travelled extensively and began to take painting seriously in 2016. She has focused primarily in soft pastel and landscape work but has recently begun to work with abstract painting in acrylic and mixed media. 
She sells her work through gallery shows and direct sales. She continues to participate in artist groups, workshops, shows and competitions. She has two large corporate installations and accepts some commissions per year as well. She also donates a portion of her work to non-profits for auction fundraisers.
