A snowflake falls on the back of my hand and becomes a drop of water.
That little black nothing that I sprinkle on the ground soon looms over the deck railing, proudly showing me its huge sunflower head.
Wonder. We can suspend what we know and stand in wonder.
Children race through the house as flying superheroes. Fairies dancing under the full moon. Political cartoons.
Whimsy. We can cast off seriousness, to find whimsy.
